We are seeking a highly skilled and strategicGlobal Commercial Finance Leadto join our Global Snacking Supply FP&A team. This role will be pivotal in driving the financial performance of $5B in annual Primes spend providing strategic insights and supporting the overall business objectives of our global Commercial operations.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in CPG financial business partnering across functions preferably with Commercial.
Strategic thought partner brings exceptional analytical skills desire to learn Commercial and the ability to collaborate effectively across various levels of the organization.
Candidates need to possess a strong understanding of procurement including commodities Productivity/Value Leadership as well as the ability to flex perspective to recognize the impact of Commercial decisions on E2E supply chain from global to regional and Commercial to Finance.
Strategic Financial Leadership: Lead the development and execution of commercial financial strategies that align with the Mars Snacking Global business objectives. Provide insights and recommendations to Mars Snacking Leadership Team to drive profitability and growth.
Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee the consolidation of Primes Spend and Commercial Overheads financial forecasts budgets and development of long-term financial plans. Analyze financial performance against targets and provide actionable insights to deliver financial commitments. Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business decisions.
Storytelling: Communicate Commercial and Financial data and insights in a way that is easily understood by various functions and all levels of the organization. Use visuals and storytelling to convey complex information.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Key member of Mars Wrigley Commercial Leadership Team (MWCLT) working closely with Regional Commercial VPs the Commercial COE and the Global Category Leads as well as Regional Commercial Finance.
Team Leadership & Development: Model by example functional business partnering promoting a culture of continuous improvement and personal development. Encourage innovative thinking and best practices within Supply FP&A.
Risk Management: Identify financial risks within Commercial and develop strategies to mitigate them (ex: cocoa inflation tariffs productivity). Ensure robust financial controls are in place to safeguard company assets.
