Opportunity to join the People Support Team Flexible Office Location (Newcastle Moorabbin Hobart Brisbane Sydney)
About the Role
Be the first point of contact for HR queries. Support compliance manage HR systems and maintain accurate employee records. Help drive audit readiness and documentation accuracy across the organisation.
Duties
Maintain compliance with HR laws audits and policies
Manage employee records and contract documentation
Update HR systems and ensure data accuracy
Coordinate onboarding and probity checks
Support leaders with employment changes and queries
Skills & Experience
Cert III in HR or relevant qualification
Strong attention to detail and time management
Proficient in HR systems (e.g. iChris) and templates
Experience interpreting awards/agreements
Ability to handle confidential info with discretion
