This full-time role presents a dynamic opportunity to contribute to a variety of marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness and deepen client engagement. The successful candidate will support both digital and traditional marketing efforts juggling multiple projects with poise and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation refinement and distribution of marketing materials and presentations
- Contribute to event webinar and campaign collateral development
- Coordinate mailings and manage logistics for marketing-related projects
- Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity accuracy and brand consistency
- Maintain and update client contact databases and distribution lists
- Provide administrative support including call handling correspondence drafting and internal communication
- Help manage updates to the company website and social media platforms
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and goals
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) is a plus
- Familiarity with SEO best practices is advantageous
- Strong grasp of social media trends and content development
- Excellent written communication editing and proofreading skills
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a high-energy setting
- A team-oriented mindset with initiative and a positive attitude
