Job Description:
We are seeking a talented MES Business Quality Assurance Analyst to join a dynamic team focused on the Medicaid Enterprise System. In this role you will implement and support the Pharmacy Benefits Administrator application ensuring quality assurance across various testing stages. You will collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and develop test scenarios that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess testability of requirements and develop test case scenarios.
- Perform quality assurance across Integration User Acceptance Regression and End-to-End Testing.
- Collaborate with project teams and communicate product deliverables effectively.
- Utilize testing and defect management tools including JIRA and MF ALM.
- Ensure compliance with policies and support the product lifecycle from conception to implementation.
Required Skills:
- Expert knowledge of Medicaid Pharmacy processes (3 years).
- Experience in IT systems integration and change management (5 years).
- Proficient in testing tools and Microsoft Office Suite (5 years).
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail (5 years).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cloud technologies (5 years).
