Job Description
Job Title: Material Coordinator II
Location: Dubuque IA 52001
Duration: 12 Months Contract/Temp with the possibility of extension
Shift Details: 1st Shift (6:00 am-2:30 )
Collaborate with teams to address material availability gaps
Support production operators by resolving material shortages
Audit inventory and maintain material accuracy
Expedite parts and resolve inventory errors
Manage critical shortage reports
Execute outputs from engineering release and change processes
Handle deviation management and necessary adjustments
Required Skills:
Background in Supply Management or Manufacturing
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Analytical thinking for sound business decisions
Team collaboration skills
Preferred Skills:
2 years of experience in Supply Management or Manufacturing
Material flow experience with adaptability in fast-paced settings
Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability
Proficiency in SAP and data analytics
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Supply Management Business IT or Engineering
OR 2 3 years of relevant work experience
