JOB TITLE: RS Sr Aircraft Maintenance Technician
LOCATION: Savannah GA
PAY RATE: $36.04/hour

Summary:
-
Perform aircraft modifications and maintenance independently on mid-to-large size aircraft.
-
Remove install and service airframes landing gear engines electrical systems and control systems.
-
Ensure work aligns with quality standards procedures and test specifications.
-
Provide direction to technicians and act as the Mechanical Team Lead when assigned.
-
Coordinate with inspection and other departments to maintain compliance and workflow efficiency.
Requirements:
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
4 years of aviation maintenance experience including 3 years on mid/large-size aircraft
-
FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic Certificate
-
Valid Drivers License
-
Advanced knowledge of:
-
Aircraft inspection and maintenance procedures
-
Technical reference materials (MMs IPCs SRMs SBs engineering drawings etc.)
-
FAA regulations repair station policies and quality control procedures
-

Ability to read write speak and understand English
-
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Skills:
-
Corporate aircraft experience
-
Experience with computerized maintenance programs (e.g. CMP)
-
Knowledge of Lean/6S processes
-
Proficiency in coordinating flight test installations and final phase testing
-
Experience training or mentoring junior technicians
