Job Description
Northwest Partners is looking to hire a sharp forward-thinking AI Developer. At the intersection of data engineering and innovation youll work on cutting-edge AI solutions using todays most powerful frameworks and technologies. If youre fluent in Python and TensorFlow or PyTorch have shipped ML models to production and know the difference between hype and hard science this role is for you.
What YOU will do-
Design develop and deploy scalable AI models (LLMs NLP CV or RL depending on project focus).

Collaborate with data scientists product managers and MLOps engineers to move prototypes into production.

Optimize model performance inference latency and resource utilization in real-world environments (cloud edge etc.).

Integrate AI models with business logic and APIs in Python (FastAPI Flask) or JavaScript ().

Stay ahead of trends in generative AI transformers multimodal learning and tooling like LangChain Weaviate and Hugging Face.

Implement CI/CD workflows and monitoring for model drift latency and accuracy.

Write clean well-documented and testable code that scales.

3 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML systems.

Strong skills in Python and modern AI/ML libraries (e.g. PyTorch TensorFlow Hugging Face scikit-learn).

Experience with LLMs embeddings vector databases and tools like LangChain or RAG pipelines is a strong plus.

Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker Kubernetes).

Familiarity with MLOps practices-versioning pipelines model monitoring.

Ability to move fast without sacrificing technical quality or model ethics.

A growth mindset willingness to learn and passion for shipping working AI products-not just research papers.
