Job Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer who enjoys working across the backend (Python/Django) and frontend () and is curious about applying AI/ML to real-world products. This is a hands-on role where you will be contributing to architecture decisions building new features end-to-end and shaping how AI integrates into our platforms.
As part of our engineering team youll get to work on projects that directly impact customers from designing intuitive interfaces to deploying AI-driven features like recommendations automation or intelligent analytics.
What Youll Do
Build and Scale Applications: Develop robust backends with Python & Django/DRF and engaging frontends with .
Work with AI: Integrate AI/ML models into production applications could be NLP predictive analytics or recommendation engines.
API Development: Design and optimize RESTful/GraphQL APIs for seamless integration across services.
Problem Solving: Debug troubleshoot and improve performance of web apps ensuring they are secure reliable and fast.
Collaboration: Partner with product managers designers and other engineers to deliver features that delight users.
Best Practices: Write clean modular and testable code while following industry best practices.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in code reviews bring fresh ideas to technical discussions and help shape team culture.
Who You Are
Experienced: 36 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
Backend Savvy: Strong expertise in Python Django and REST frameworks.
Frontend Skilled: Solid experience with modern JavaScript (ES6) and UI state management.
AI Curious: Some exposure to AI/ML (TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn or similar) and enthusiasm to learn more.
Database Knowledge: Hands-on with relational databases like PostgreSQL/MySQL and ORM frameworks.
Modern Development: Comfortable with Git CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Collaborative: Strong communication skills proactive in solving problems and willing to share knowledge.
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience with Docker Kubernetes and containerized deployments.
Familiarity with MLOps or productionizing ML models.
Knowledge of real-time systems data streaming or analytics platforms.
Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects youre proud of.
