Job Description
Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for a full-time Cardiovascular Tech - Cath Lab position. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Honolulu HI 96813
Assignment Start Date: 6/6/2025
Assignment Shift: Varies Full Time
Facility Salary: $77000.00 to $95000.00
- Performs both invasive and non-invasive procedures required for cardiovascular and cardiac electrophysiologic system diagnosis and therapeutic interventions according to established safety procedures.
- Provides patient care during procedures.
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Essential: standing sitting lifting and pushing/pulling maximum weight of 50 pounds of force carrying usual weight of 10 pounds reaching above at and below shoulder level repetitive arm/hand motions static gripping of an object for prolonged periods frequent gripping of an object.
- Continuous: seeing hearing speaking.
- Occasional: stooping/bending kneeling crawling climbing stairs walking on uneven ground squatting finger dexterity.
- Operates various office equipment/machines radiologic/hemodynamic/electrophysiologic equipment.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Not substantially subjected to adverse environmental conditions.
- Subjected to noise/vibration from radiographic equipment.
- Frequent exposure to body fluids communicable diseases moving mechanical parts chemicals and radiation.
- Exposed to chemical odors and skin irritants.
- The work environment is fast-paced and stressful with constant changes in priorities.
- Assigned on-call schedule as required.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- One (1) year of work experience as a Cardiovascular Technologist in a comparable Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory.
- Experience and demonstrated knowledge in cardiac caths percutaneous coronary interventions pacemaker/ICD implants valvuloplasties and electrophysiology studies are all required
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:
- Current status as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) by Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI); or one (1) year work experience as a Cardiovascular Technologist in a comparable Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory may be substituted for the certification requirement.
- CPR certification in BCLS and ACLS.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- In-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology to effectively communicate with the Medical Staff.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
