Job Title: Medical Lab Tech
Job Location: Chillicothe OH

Job Description:
- The Medical Laboratory Technician precisely and accurately performs and results laboratory procedures using established quality assurance protocols.
- The position assists in the collection of laboratory specimens performs instrument maintenance and record keeping and acts as a resource person for issues of laboratory services.
- Documented ability to operate standard clinical laboratory instrumentation. Manual dexterity and visual acuity. Detail oriented.
- Demonstrated organization skills and ability to prioritize work. Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate information logically and systematically problem solve.
- Ability to work in a face paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy proficiency and professionalism.
- Excellent customer relation skills; relates well to all kinds of people builds appropriate report builds constructive and effective relationships uses diplomacy and tact; and can diffuse high-tension situations comfortably.
- EPIC/Beaker computer experience preferred. Must have MLT certification preferably ASCP.
