Job Description :
Lead Generation & Sourcing:
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and generate high-quality sales leads for residential and plotted real estate projects.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing channel partners to maximize performance.
- Proactively identify evaluate and recruit new channel partners to expand the companys market reach.
Market Research & Targeting:
- Conduct market research to identify target demographics geographic areas and potential sources of leads.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sourcing strategies and improve lead quality.
Lead Qualification & Management:
- Qualify leads based on criteria such as interest level purchasing potential and alignment with project offerings.
- Manage and maintain a database of leads ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for effective follow-up.
Collaboration with Sales Team:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and support them in converting leads into sales.
- Provide feedback to the sales team on lead quality and sourcing effectiveness helping to refine sales strategies.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track and analyze lead generation metrics including lead volume conversion rates and sourcing effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports to the Sourcing Lead on sourcing performance and areas for improvement.
Strategy Development & Optimization:
- Develop and refine lead sourcing strategies to optimize lead generation and improve overall sales performance.
- Implement best practices and innovative approaches to enhance lead sourcing and qualification processes.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners agencies and networks to enhance lead generation efforts.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to establish connections and identify new sourcing opportunities.
Technology Utilization:
- Leverage CRM and lead management tools to streamline sourcing processes and improve lead tracking and management.
- Explore and implement new technologies and tools to enhance lead generation and sourcing effectiveness.
