Job Description
1. Design Development & Drafting
-
Develop 2D drawings and detailed architectural layouts using AutoCAD and Revit.
-
Create accurate technical documentation including floor plans elevations sections and working drawings.
-
Interpret and translate conceptual designs into detailed architectural solutions.
2. 3D Modeling & Visualization
-
Build high-quality 3D models using SketchUp Rhino or 3ds Max.
-
Work on realistic renderings with V-Ray Lumion Enscape or similar software for client presentations.
-
Produce walkthroughs and fly-throughs as required.
3. Conceptual & Visual Design
-
Contribute creatively to conceptual design ideas mood boards and spatial planning.

Collaborate with the design team on facade development interior schemes and material palettes.
-
Assist in presentations with visually compelling layouts diagrams and renderings.
4. Technical Coordination
-
Coordinate with MEP consultants structural engineers and site teams to ensure design intent is maintained.
-
Prepare and review BOQs schedules and specifications for material selection and construction.
-
Participate in site visits design clarifications and quality reviews.
5. Client & Stakeholder Interaction
-
Support senior architects in client meetings with design inputs and visuals.
-
Ensure timely submission of deliverables based on project timelines and feedback.
-
Incorporate client feedback into design iterations and presentation decks.
6. Documentation & Compliance
-
Ensure all drawings comply with local by-laws NBC and DCR regulations (as per Mumbai region).
-
Maintain design documentation issue logs and version control for drawing sets.
-
Prepare and manage submission drawings for approvals (e.g. BMC/NMMC/SRA/PMC).
