Job Description

Brief JD:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and design scalable BPM solutions using Camunda.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into process models.
  • Define best practices for Camunda development deployment and integration.
  • Lead and mentor development teams in implementing BPM workflows.
  • Ensure performance scalability and security of Camunda-based applications.
  • Integrate Camunda with enterprise systems using REST APIs Kafka and other middleware.
  • Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and optimizing BPM processes.
Mus Have Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Camunda BPM including modeling scripting and deployment.
  • Proficiency in Java Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs Kafka and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Familiarity with BPMN DMN and CMMN standards.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration and workflow orchestration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Camunda certification (if available).
  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
