Job Description
Brief JD:
Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design scalable BPM solutions using Camunda.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into process models.
- Define best practices for Camunda development deployment and integration.
- Lead and mentor development teams in implementing BPM workflows.
- Ensure performance scalability and security of Camunda-based applications.
- Integrate Camunda with enterprise systems using REST APIs Kafka and other middleware.
- Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and optimizing BPM processes.
Mus Have Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Camunda BPM including modeling scripting and deployment.
- Proficiency in Java Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Experience with RESTful APIs Kafka and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Familiarity with BPMN DMN and CMMN standards.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration and workflow orchestration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Camunda certification (if available).
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
