About Us
BeEntertained is a Berlin-based production company creating large-scale cultural events across Germany from classical ballet to multi-genre shows. With 150 to 250 events every year we are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Project Manager to coordinate ticketing and project operations during our upcoming two-month tour across Germany.
Tasks
and oversee the launch of ticket sales.
and update ticket contingents manage transfers and compile sales reports.
3. Work with large datasets in Excel to produce detailed statistics and analysis.
4. Handle written communication with partners and the team in Russian German and English.
5. Respond quickly to changes: urgent tasks rescheduling last-minute updates.
6. Keep projects running smoothly in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
Requirements
1. Fluent Russian. German B2-C1 English at a working proficiency.
Excel skills attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
to travel across Germany for a two-month tour.
to handle a high workload learn quickly and manage large volumes of data.
5. Ability to provide supporting documents (education language certificates work experience).
Previous ticket sales experience would be an advantage.
