Ensuring timely roll-out of curriculum syllabus completion and student work correction for Pre-Primary up to Grade 12

Managing day-to-day implementation of curriculum and also ensuring quality in curriculum delivery.

Establishing quality standards & practices in the domains of schooling of teaching & learning environment.

Ensuring the coordinators give regular feedback to the teaching staff regarding corrections and curriculum-related issues.

Investing in recruitment training and onboarding of new staff and ensuring professional development and training of all teachers

Developing and mentoring coordinators through the feedback mechanism and ensuring their retention and engagement

Developing potential successors by identifying developing and retaining top talent

Managing retention and engagement of all staff - Pre-Primary to Grade 12

Creating a cooperative school-parent relationship and facilitating the participation of parents related to the education of their children.
