Job Description:
We are seeking a customer-focused and well-presented Counter Sales Executive to join our team at Diahart a unit of Scintireal Diamonds LLP. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail or jewellery sales excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service to walk-in customers.
Key Responsibilities:-
Greet and assist customers at the store counter.

Showcase and explain features of diamonds and jewellery pieces.

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.

Maintain product display and ensure the counter is well-organized and presentable.

Manage billing and basic documentation related to sales.

Follow up with customers for repeat business and referrals.

Maintain accurate records of stock and daily sales.

Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends and in-store offers.

Minimum 1 year of experience in counter sales preferably in jewellery or luxury retail.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Presentable appearance and customer-friendly attitude.

Basic knowledge of billing and invoicing procedures.

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Fluency in Tamil and basic English/Hindi is preferred.
