Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: On-site Stockbridge GA
Duration: Full-Time Permanent
Pay Range: As per Exp.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily business operations across various service departments including insurance accounting and tax services. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced mission-driven environment. This role is instrumental in ensuring operational excellence and aligning teams to deliver on Clients mission of providing peace of mind to every client.
Key Responsibilities Operational LeadershipOversee and continuously improve workflows and operational systems across service departments.
Lead process improvement initiatives using data analysis and structured methodologies.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure efficiency productivity and quality standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with department managers to remove bottlenecks and enhance service delivery.
Ensure full compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Support quarterly planning cycles goal setting (Rocks) and execution through Level 10 meetings (L10s) in .
Assist with budget preparation and resource allocation for operational needs.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of operational policies and manuals.
Organize schedule and oversee the work of operational staff.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Implement disciplinary measures in alignment with company policy.
Foster a positive and accountable work environment.
Track team goals weekly and align efforts with short medium and long-term action plans.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management within a service-oriented or multi-departmental setting.
Language: Bilingual Spanish and English.
Leadership: Strong people management decision-making and strategic planning skills.
Technical Proficiency:
CRM platforms Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
Knowledge of bookkeeping payroll tax and federal/state tax preparation for individuals and businesses.
Insurance: Property & Casualty Insurance License is a plus but not required.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication organization and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
