Job Description:
- We are seeking a seasoned Architect with 9 to 12 years of experience in platform administration virtualization scripting and DevOps.
- This hybrid role focuses on enhancing business resilience and implementing Google Native DevOps & SRE methodologies.
- The position does not require travel and operates during standard day shifts.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust Linux-Middleware platforms for high availability.
- Administer storage and backup systems to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
- Manage VMware VDI environments to optimize virtual desktop performance.
- Oversee Windows Server environments for system reliability.
- Automate tasks using Linux Shell Scripting to improve efficiency.
- Apply SRE DevOps practices to enhance collaboration and streamline operations.
- Lead business resilience initiatives to mitigate risks.
- Implement Google Native DevOps & SRE models for scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals.
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to improve infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Middleware / Linux Unix DevOps
- Knowledge on application server configuration.
- Working knowledge on WebLogic administration app deployments configuring data sources troubleshooting on WebLogic issues.
- Working knowledge on WebSphere MQ creating Queue managers Queues and channels. giving access to the users to access MQ.
- Trouble shooting in MQ related issues. working knowledge with IBM vendor on the issues.
- Knowledge on RDQM is added advantage.
- Knowledge on Tibco administration and Tibco-EMS.
- Hands on experience on Tibco MFT.
- Hands on experience in certificate handling in both app and MQ servers.
- Knowledge on handling Apache Webserver/Tomcat.
- Proven expertise in Linux-Middleware Platform Administration and Storage & Backup.
- Proficiency in VMware VDI and Windows Server Administration.
- Advanced skills in Linux Shell Scripting and SRE DevOps.
- Experience in Business Resilience Management.
- Familiarity with Google Native DevOps & SRE methodologies.
