Job Description:
- We are looking for a Tax Manager with 10 or more years of public accounting experience to help lead our tax practice oversee complex tax engagements and mentor staff.
- This is a leadership role with direct client interaction strategic planning responsibilities and opportunities for professional growth.
What You Will Do:
- Manage tax preparation and planning for individuals corporations partnerships and more
- Oversee and review complex tax returns to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Stay up to date with evolving tax laws and implement best practices
- Develop strong relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor
- Mentor and train junior staff fostering a culture of learning and growth
- Collaborate with firm leadership to improve processes and enhance client service
Skills and Experience:
- CPA required
- 10 years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- Proficiency in UltraTax QuickBooks and Excel preferred
- Detail-oriented organized and able to manage multiple priorities
