Position Summary:
Reporting to the District Manager the Restaurant Manager is responsible for protecting and delivering the brand growing sales and maximizing the efficiency and profitability of the restaurant by leading according to company standards.
As a Restaurant Manager you will:
Demonstrate a passion for business and managing the overall operations
Find train develop and recognize the best people
Demonstrate a strong awareness and concern for food quality and safety
Adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
Recruit hire and retain all restaurant employees
Create a service-oriented culture
Promote an environment of fun and teamwork
Develop and grow team members and future managers
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older to apply
High School diploma or equivalent
3 - 5 years experience in QSR industry / full-service concept
Be ServSafe Certified
Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
Can communicate effectively in English
Excellent organizational skills; detail oriented; accurate
Can lift and carry 10-65 lbs
Must have valid drivers license
