Job Description
- Consultant role providing human capital policy development and internal control implementation.
- Experience as an HR Specialist in the Executive or Legislative Branch is highly preferred.
- At least six(6) years of experience supporting a federal agency with comprehensive development and writing of special studies cases and white papers.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent writing skills with specific attention to detail a writing sample will be required.
- Excellent analytical and research skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be able to innovate and suggest novel approaches to address Human Capital goals and objectives.
- Proficient in Excel Visio MS Project and PowerPoint.
