We are seeking a Locum Tenens Environmental Services Technician (EVS Tech I) in California.

Rate: Open & Negotiable
Shift: Part-time 5 days/week 8-hour shifts

Position Details:
Patient Population: N/A
Setting: Hospital (Hoag Irvine CA)
Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain patient rooms offices public areas restrooms and corridors

Handle trash and linen removal and follow infection control standards

Use proper cleaning equipment chemicals and methods
-
Maintain janitorial closets and secure hazardous materials

Provide excellent customer service and follow safety protocols
Required Procedures: Daily EVS duties isolation room cleaning regulated medical waste handling
EMR System: N/A
Support Staff: Team-based environment under Environmental Services department
Days Per Month: 20 days/month
On-Call/Weekends: Open availability including weekends
Submission Requirements:

Ability to read write and follow instructions in English

Flexible with scheduling needs

Able to handle physical tasks and equipment safely

Previous EVS/hospitality experience preferred
