Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking to onboard a high-caliber Marketing Manager who will work directly with the CMO on strategic marketing initiatives focused on brand visibility customer engagement and market share expansion. The ideal candidate will bring a consultative mindset a strong understanding of ATL/BTL levers and the ability to translate business objectives into high-impact campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Campaign Development: Lead the design and planning of integrated ATL/BTL campaigns that align with brand strategy and business growth goals.

  • Brand Experience Design: Develop targeted brand activation plans customer engagement programs and market-facing communication strategies.

  • Business Partnership: Serve as a thought partner to the CMO and key internal stakeholders to shape marketing priorities based on commercial goals.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize market research competitive intelligence and campaign analytics to refine marketing effectiveness and inform decisions.

  • Agency & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with creative and media agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and quality execution.

  • Cross-Functional Influence: Engage with product sales and corporate communication teams to ensure alignment and seamless campaign delivery.

Ideal Candidate
  • Education: MBA/PGDM from a Tier 1 B-School (IIMs ISB XLRI FMS SPJIMR MDI etc.) is mandatory.

  • Experience: 1 4 years of experience in brand marketing strategy consulting or a similar strategic role with exposure to ATL/BTL channels.

  • Strong analytical thinking structured problem-solving and excellent communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders align cross-functional teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated interest in working at the intersection of business brand and customer impact.
