CEO

Seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our real estate development and construction management company. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of design and architecture along with extensive experience in construction and project management. The CEO will be responsible for strategic direction overseeing project execution managing budgets and building strong relationships with stakeholders. This role requires someone who can lead projects from concept to completion ensuring the highest standards of quality compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement rigorous quality assurance processes and metrics to maintain high standards across all project phases.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively overseeing cost estimates vendor negotiations staffing and raw material procurement to optimize project efficiency and profitability.

1. Team Development & Culture Building:

Key Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or a related field; a Masters degree (MBA or relevant) is highly desirable.
• Experience: At least 15 years in senior leadership roles within the real estate construction or architecture industry.
• Core Competencies: Proven expertise in design and architecture construction and project management project costing quality assurance vendor management and P&L oversight.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of the construction lifecycle architectural principles and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams managing complex projects and driving project success.
• Stakeholder Communication & Liaisoning: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to foster strong relationships with regulatory bodies vendors clients and other key stakeholders.
