Key Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or a related field; a Masters degree (MBA or relevant) is highly desirable.
- Experience: At least 15 years in senior leadership roles within the real estate construction or architecture industry.
- Core Competencies: Proven expertise in design and architecture construction and project management project costing quality assurance vendor management and P&L oversight.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of the construction lifecycle architectural principles and regulatory compliance requirements.
