Job Description:
The Delivery Architect will be responsible for providing technical leadership in the design documentation and review of technology solutions that meet the business and IT needs of the organization. This individual will also be accountable for technical leadership for projects and will be responsible for end-to-end solution delivery.
As a Technical Architect you will:
- Configure the application using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customization Tool or SDK
- Be intensely involved in requirements gathering and analysis
- Propose D365 F&O solutions using product best practices
- Prepare Solution Architecture and Design Documents
- Draft data migration plans from legacy systems to D365 F&O
You will guide teams contribute to proposals and shape value-adding consulting solutions that meet global market needs. This role will engage with cross-functional teams and technology stakeholders ensuring alignment on technical deliverables.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end D365 F&O implementations
- Manage data migrations using Microsoft DMF
- Design/build integration APIs and flat file interfaces with platforms like Workday Salesforce
- Oversee ERP project lifecycle: scope risk quality
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and vendors
- Lead SIT/UAT testing and risk mitigation
- Drive adherence to enterprise architecture principles
- Ensure compliance with approved technology standards
- Mentor junior associates
- Present solutions clearly to both technical and business stakeholders
- Translate technical challenges into business language
- Influence outcomes through trust and leadership
Required Skills:
- Deep experience in D365 Finance & Operations implementations
- Experience designing data migration strategies
- Proficiency in integration with external systems
- Strong stakeholder engagement
- End-to-end ERP project management (scope risk QA)
- Familiarity with cloud/PaaS (Microsoft Azure)
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience leading technical delivery teams
- Background in Digital Hub and Dynamics 365 integration
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Data Management Framework (DMF)
- Certifications in D365 Azure or Architecture fields
- Strong mentorship and team leadership experience
