SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
The consultant will work with the following software:
- PPM version 9.63 (moving to 10 in FY25)

- CLM Rational Requirements Composer (RRC).
The consultant will work with the following programming languages:
- PL/SQL
- Web Services
- PERL
- XML
- JSP
The consultant will provide support for the following PPM modules:
- Demand Management
- Project Management
- Resource Management
- Financial Management
- Portfolio Management
- Proposal
Time Management Tasks required is as follows:
- Unified Work Request (UWR) process.
- WRMS Work Request Impact and Cost Analysis Summaries Impact and Cost Analysis Details and Proposal request types.
- WRMS Work Request Impact and Cost Analysis Summaries Impact and Cost Analysis Details and BSP/ERB workflows.
- CADS interface.
- Intake and demand management best practices.
Specialized experience shall also include expertise in such areas as:
- ITILV4 methodologies or comparable Framework identified attributes.
- Integration of WRMS with PPM Service Manager.
Minimum Education:
- BA/BS degree in Information Technology (IT) related field (i.e. Computer Science) from accredited college/university.
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum seven (7) years of technical experience in the Information Technology field to include configuration maintenance and administration of an application.
- Experience is to demonstrate collaborating with external teams and maintenance of multiple application environments.
- Demonstrate the understanding of modern software platforms including ServiceNow as well as a proficiency in data migration strategies ensuring interoperability between legacy systems and modern platforms a proficiency in database design and API integration as well as system performance optimization and scalability planning.
