Job Description

Technical Program Manager
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with 15 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role demands a blend of technical acumen strategic thinking and excellent communication skills to effectively translate business needs into actionable requirements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in D2C ECommerce domain Agile methodologies Project Management and stakeholder management

Candidate expectations :

  • Fully conversant with a digital commerce program life cycle and able to handle the risks dependencies stakeholders and deliverables
  • Previously managed digital commerce platform implementation
  • Manage HCL team responsible for delivery activities and keep track of overall project timelines deliverables Risks and outcomes
  • Convert technical and QA estimations into agile planning and expand into effort $ estimates
  • Able to manage the financials for multiple tracks managing Forecasting and Actuals
  • Manage & Conduct team daily status meetings (HCL internal and Client Facing)
    • Remediating any Jira risks and escalation of internal and / or cross functional team dependencies defects / issues
    • Management of program execution tasks and meeting needs
    • Knowledge using Jira and Confluence
  • Should have good understanding of commerce technology landscape and platforms for UI Commerce engine CDP Mobile connected devices etc.
