Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to support our growing behavioral health team. In this role youll lead full-cycle recruitment for Behavior Technicians and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) while also supporting onboarding functions. If youre passionate about people organized and ready to make an impact we want to hear from you!
What Youll Do:
Manage the full recruitment process: post jobs source candidates schedule interviews and make hiring recommendations.
Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and hiring timelines.
Hire for both clinical and administrative positions in a high volume setting
Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
Assist with onboarding tasks to ensure new hires meet compliance requirements.
Support payroll and HR operations
Track and report recruiting metrics to evaluate hiring effectiveness.
What Were Looking For:
1 years of experience in Recruiting (healthcare or behavioral health preferred)
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing needs
High level of professionalism and confidentiality in all HR matters
