Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate and consulting roles from requisition to offer.
Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality diverse talent aligned with Optimus SBRs culture and growth goals.
Conduct candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate experience fit and potential.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and project managers to understand team needs define roles and drive timely and effective hires.
Manage the recruitment pipeline and applicant tracking through our ATS (Lever or similar).
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview lifecycle.
Maintain and report recruitment metrics and insights to continuously improve talent strategies.
Contribute to the life and culture of Optimus SBR by supporting diversity hiring onboarding initiatives and employer branding projects.
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in recruitment preferably within professional services consulting or corporate environments.
Strong understanding of recruitment tools platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter) and ATS systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders with attention to detail.
Passion for candidate experience diversity hiring and culture-first recruiting.
Required Education: Related University Degree (e.g. Human Resources Business Administration or a related field).
Preferred Education & Certifications: Post-Graduate degree or certifications such as CHRP CHRL.
