Job Description
Resurgence Brewing Co. (RBC) believes that enjoying a well-crafted brew is an experience in itself. However its an experience best shared with friends both new and old. Our goal is to deliver memorable beer moments to the drinkers of the Greater Buffalo region whether theyre at home in their favorite bar or on a tour of our extraordinary brewery.
What youll be doing:
Supporting your co-workers and our patrons to provide and maintain the taproom atmosphere - clean friendly and fun. Ideal candidates will support our company culture and vision possess a can-do personality self-motivation customer-focused attitude flexibility and be willing to learn.
Basics: setting and clearing tables welcoming guests running food replenishing supplies cleaning etc. We want someone with the strong desire to promote our brands and provide unparalleled service - the ultimate guest experience!
This is a part-time position requiring evening and weekend availability.
Pay Rate: $10.35 per hour plus tips
What youll need:
- Customer service focus/hospitable to patrons
- A smile
- A friendly personable energetic attitude
- A helpful supportive attentive demeanor - teamwork makes the dream work!
- Be able to adapt to volume fluctuation
- Strong work ethic; punctual and attentive to schedule
- Able to follow directions; promote cleanliness and protocols
- Ability to be standing/on your feet for long periods of time
- Able to lift/trasnport full kegs with or without assistance
- Authorized to work on the U.S.

RBC is located in the heart of the City of Good Neighbors Buffalo NY. Were a young brewery established in 2013 and on the heels of the resurgence of the city (see what we did there). Many are flocking to the region for our good eats affordable living friendly atmosphere craft brew scene new opportunities and of course experiencing all four seasons! Were a big city but not too big. There are very few degrees of separation and we value hard work. Were die-hard sports fans perfectly positioned between the Great Lakes (on Lake Erie) and the Finger Lakes and rich in history architecture and the arts.
