Job Description
Perform required service work on a variety of automotive equipment including Tour Trams light medium and heavy-duty trucks buses automobiles cranes forklifts and golf carts. Lubricate equipment Clean and maintain all tools. Repair and replace tires Tend gas island/pump check under hood for fluid levels note condition of tires and vehicles. Perform road service start vehicles and change tires Clean wash polish and wax vehicle exteriors Wash and detail trams Conform to safety practices governing work. Maintain assigned work areas are in a clean and safe condition. Communicate with management on needs or problems to schedule and plan work. Follow hazardous waste disposal procedures. Perform other duties as directed by Department management. Demonstrate strong job performance and good attendance. Demonstrate strong commitment to Company policies and procedures. Available to work schedules posted.
Requirements
- Must be able to operate all tools involved with the essential functions of the job
- Must be able to physically climb ladder up to 15 feet and push pull reach bend and stoop
- Must be able to frequently reach above and below shoulders
- Must be able to occasionally stoop kneel and bend
- Must be able to frequently push pull and lift up to 50 lbs. and 125 lbs. occasionally
- Must have a high degree of balance and muscle coordination
- Must be able to work in confined area
- Must be able to tolerate exposure to oil lubricants wash chemicals paints and solvents
- Must be able to tolerate machine noises and changes in temperature
- Must be able to tolerate exposure to fuel/fume industrial lubricants dust glare noise and vibrations
- Must know and follow MSDS standard procedures
- Must be highly motivated and able to motivate others
- Must have ability to work well independently and as a part of a team
- Must have basic computer skills
Pay rate for this position is $35.91 per hour.
