What will I do:
The AVP of Client Experience and Business Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the client engagement strategy while overseeing the operational effectiveness of service delivery and recruitment alignment. This role bridges the gap between client-facing teams recruitment operations and internal business functions to ensure that both client and candidate experiences are seamless responsive and value-driven. The AVP plays a critical role in driving satisfaction operational efficiency and scalable growth by aligning recruitment efforts with evolving workforce solution needs and expectations.
Day in the Life:
Client Experience Leadership:
- Champion a client-first culture across client departments ensuring consistent high-quality service delivery.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the client journey from onboarding through long-term engagement.
- Serve as a senior point of contact for key clients addressing escalations and ensuring strategic alignment.
- Analyze client feedback and satisfaction metrics to identify trends and implement improvements.
Business Operations Oversight:
- Oversee day-to-day business operations related to client service delivery ensuring recruitment alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows improve service consistency and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement data-driven strategies to enhance performance and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies industry standards and client-specific requirements.
Recruitment Alignment & Candidate Experience:
- Partner with recruitment leadership to ensure hiring strategies align with client expectations and candidate preferences.
- Oversee the integration of candidate feedback into recruitment processes to improve engagement and retention.
- Ensure that recruitment teams are equipped to deliver talent that not only meets technical requirements but also aligns with client culture and values.
- Promote a candidate-centric approach that enhances the overall experience from initial contact through placement and beyond.
Client-Centered Team & Performance Leadership:
- Lead and mentor client-facing teams including client managers and client success personnel to deliver exceptional service and build lasting client relationships.
- Establish clear performance expectations centered on client satisfaction responsiveness and service quality.
- Promote a customer-first culture that prioritizes proactive communication problem-solving and value delivery.
- Implement feedback loops to gather client insights and translate them into actionable improvements across teams.
