Senior Manager - Channel Sales

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Channel Sales to lead our channel sales strategy and drive revenue growth through developing managing and expanding our channel partner network. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in channel sales management strategic partnership development and team leadership to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategiesto enhance revenue and expand market presence.
  • Identify recruit and manage channel partnersto achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationshipswith channel partners ensuring their activities align with business objectives.
  • Provide sales training and ongoing supportto channel partners to enhance their sales effectiveness.
  • Track and analyze channel partner performancereviewing sales metrics and providing constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams(marketing product management) to ensure channel strategies are aligned with corporate goals.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts budgetsand performance reports to track progress against targets.

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or related field;MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 yearsof proven experience inchannel sales management.
  • Strong understanding ofchannel sales strategies partner managementandsales performance metrics.
  • Excellentleadership communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to workindependently make strategic decisionsand drive results.
  • Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills.
