We believe reps should spend more time sellingnot formatting lists or rewriting the same email 50 times. At Wallarm weve built a modern outbound engine using the latest tools in AI automation and sales tech so you can focus on what actually drives pipeline: conversations. No more list building from scratch. No more copy/paste outreach. Everything is centralized and automated so you can operate like a high-output seller from day one.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Outbound execution. Own top-of-funnel outreach across email phone and LinkedIn. Youll be armed with messaging targeting and sequences powered by AIso you can focus on driving engagement.

  • Pipeline generation. Your goal is to create qualified opportunities for AEs by consistently getting into accounts and surfacing interest.

  • Tech-enabled prospecting. Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo and Salesforce alongside custom automation workflows to scale intelligently.

  • Collaboration. Youll partner closely with AEs and Marketing to align targeting improve messaging and share market insights.

  • Continuous learning. Whether youre aiming to become an AE or a leader youll be in an environment that actively invests in your professional development.

Job requirements

What Were Looking For

  • 12 years of experience in outbound SDR/BDR roles (B2B Cyber preferred)

  • Strong communication skillsclear confident and persuasive

  • Comfortable with outbound volume and proactive about reaching targets

  • Interest in cybersecurity and emerging technologies

  • Highly organized with solid CRM and sales tech experience (Salesforce Outreach/Salesloft etc.)

  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote fast-paced environment

  • Bachelors degree preferred
