General Sales Head
Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Sales Head to lead our sales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth managing a diverse sales team and developing strategies that align with our business objectives across both B2B and B2C segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead manage and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets across all business segments (B2B and B2C).
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans aligned with overall business goals.
- Monitor sales performance across regions and products identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
- Provide regular coaching mentoring and performance feedback to team members to enhance capabilities and productivity.
- Collaborate closely with marketing operations and product teams to align sales efforts with market demand and customer expectations.
- Analyze market trends customer behavior and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners and support the sales team in closing high-value deals.
- Review and refine the sales process to ensure efficiency scalability and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver sales forecasts reports and business insights to senior management.
- Play an advisory role to the sales team by suggesting strategies tools and best practices to boost individual and team performance.
- Ensure adherence to sales policies ethical practices and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in sales.
- Proven experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage sales teams of varying sizes and across different regions.
- Strong business acumen with excellent strategic thinking planning and execution skills.
- Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools Microsoft Excel and sales reporting systems.
