Job Summery
If you are an INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY professional looking for an opportunity to grow Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! You will have the responsibility to Support the Order Management applications delivery solutions in a global environment. This role can be based at any Copeland India location.
You will support business users in Oracle CPQ/ EBS Application Suite R12.2.4. You will be adept will continually work with key business users to maintain enhance and augment the core capabilities of the Oracle CPQ and Order Management Application. You will be responsible for working enhancements governance general support and break-fixin the Oracle Order booking and shipping area. You will collaborate with internal IT as well as the business users to rectify Oracle functional issues and spec out requirements pertaining to business-requested enhancements.

You show a tremendous amount of initiative in tough situations and are exceptional at spotting and seizing opportunities. You use customer insights to drive and guide the development of new offerings. You serve as a strategic partner to build grow and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
AS AIT ANALYST YOU WILL:
- Gather and analyze requirements for new applications or modifications to existing applications.
- Be responsible for designing configuring testing implementing and maintaining Oracle CPQ and Order Management modules.
- Conduct end-user training and triagesupport requests across Oracle applications.
- Address end-user issues and problems without assistance from other functional analysts.
- Prepare MD050s and configurations sheets.
- Be available for occasional weekend and off-hours on-call support for critical Sev1 issues and scheduled activities.
- Participate in medium/large Oracle projects.
REQUIRED EDUCATION EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Bachelors degree in computer science/information technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 1to 5 years ofexperience in business analysis utilizing the Oracle CPQ/ eBusiness systems or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Provide comprehensive technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams throughout the entire lifecycle of Oracle CPQ implementation and integration projects.
- Conduct thorough testing troubleshooting and performance optimization to ensure the stability reliability and scalability of Oracle CPQ solutions.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts business rules and workflows within Oracle CPQ to automate critical business processes and enhance user experience.
- Provide comprehensive technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams throughout the entire lifecycle of Oracle CPQ implementation and integration projects.
- Proficiency in Oracle CPQ APIs BML/BMQL for complex use cases.
- Experience on Javascript and CSS for BML UI and libraries
- Hands on experience with Oracle CPQ product configuration constraint rules pricing rules and discounting mechanisms.
- Familiarity with document design and template creation within Oracle CPQ for generating quotes proposals and contracts.
- Knowledge of CPQ integration methodologies including web services REST APIs and middleware platforms
- Strong communication skills with others at all levels of the organization- ability to collaborate with IT and business to derive the requirements and spec out a solution.
- Ability to work in a large global corporate structure.
- Can-do attitude who seeks obtains and applies new knowledge/skills.
- Demonstrated ability to clearly isolate and define problems effectively evaluate alternative solutions and make decisions in a timely manner.
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally to support global implementations.
PREFERRED EDUCATION EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Advanced degree
- Experience with Oracle EBS 12.2.4 or higher Oracle Cloud
- Professional skills written technical concepts.
- Able to resolve conflict efficiently.
- Works with multiple cross-functional projects
- Drives process mapping sessions
