Description
We are hiring for our client a highly regarded professional services firm who are seeking to appoint a BD & Bid Executive to join their growing Marketing & Business Development team. This role is ideal for a business development professional with outstanding writing editorial and project management skills. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing bid processes and producing compelling internal and external content that supports brand awareness and business growth.
The Role
Lead and manage full tender processes from PQQ to final submission
Write persuasive brand-aligned responses to PQQs Tenders and Due Diligence requests
Coordinate and liaise with internal teams and external partners for content contributions
Oversee clarification and RFI communications and maintain a high-quality bid content library
Develop copy for client-facing proposals speeches web content marketing campaigns and more
Support and lead internal communications strategy across digital channels and firm-wide initiatives
Edit and enhance press releases event scripts and strategic comms for leadership
The Person
Minimum 3 years experience in business development marketing communications or bid writing
Proven writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio across multiple formats
Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines
Naturally detail-focused creative and commercially minded
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
