NDT Supervisor
Salary: per annum
Location: Based near Stadhampton Oxfordshire (20 mins from oxford)
Hours: Monday to Friday with lunchtime Friday finish (37 hours)
Looking to lead a critical team in a specialist defence manufacturing environment
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Supervisor to oversee NDT operationsspecifically radiographic testing leak testing and part markingfor a leading engineering business. NDT Supervisor Benefits
Lead and develop a team of up to 15 specialists
Own output quality and delivery performance in a unique manufacturing cell

Overtime paid at 1.5x and salary up to 55000
NDT Supervisor Duties
Managing day-to-day operations of the NDT and marking departments
Attending daily production meetings and setting clear staff priorities
Monitoring team KPIs and ensuring compliance with all safety protocols
Overseeing radiographic testing operations (RT Level 3 responsibilities if qualified)
Training and developing new and existing staff on methods and compliance
Supporting continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
NDT Supervisor Profile
Strong supervisory experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
Hands-on knowledge of NDT (ideally radiography) in a production setting
Understanding of lean tools such as TQM SPC MRP or Value Stream Mapping
A Level 3 RT qualification (ASNT/NAS410/EN4179) highly desirable
NVQ4 HNC or equivalent in engineering
Clear confident communication and team leadership skills
