Position: Warehouse Worker
Description: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. In this fast-paced environment you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse ensuring that products are received stored and dispatched efficiently. As a Warehouse Worker you will be responsible for organizing inventory preparing orders for shipment and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Label and document inventory items as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills for record keeping and data entry
