Are you a master of technical nuance and strategic collaboration Do you thrive at the intersection of sales service and engineering If youre passionate about solving complex problems and turning opportunities into real-world solutions this is the role for you.
As a Sr. Technical Applications Manager youll be the technical backbone of our commercial successworking hand-in-hand with our Regional Sales Managers to transform promising opportunities into closed deals. But thats just the beginning.
Your day-to-day will involve:
Partnering with Sales Teams to develop and deliver technical proposals that align with customer specifications.
Advising on Product Selection and Value Propositionyoull help guide the right solution for the customers needs from early specs to final pitch.
Supporting Pricing Strategies that align with both customer budgets and business targets.
Tackling Process Challenges by working directly with our Service team to troubleshoot issues and design improvements that keep machines running at peak performance.
Collaborating Across Departments to ensure customer satisfaction from pre-sale consultation to post-installation optimization
Your Profile / Qualifications
An Engineering or Technical Degree is desirable not required
Strong technical knowledge of capital equipment industrial machinery or process systems.
Proven ability to influence purchasing decisions through technical consultation.
Experience working cross-functionally with sales service and engineering teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skillsable to simplify the complex.
A solutions-first mindset and a drive to make an impact.
