ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the direction of the CEO the newly expanded COO role provides leadership to all areas of the Bank. The COO will closely coordinate and work with the CEO and the senior leadership team to establish long- range goals strategies plans and policies that support the accomplishment of Flatirons Banks strategic plan. The COO provides information and recommendations that support the CEO (and Boards) policymaking and oversight role. The responsibilities are further outlined below:
