You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Management Systems Analyst position will act as the primary technical coordinator for body camera devices. The position will also be a point of contact for officers on issues relating to operational technology such as laptops cell phones in-car video digital evidence management working to find solutions with the Citys centralized IT department and SPD cell phone coordinator. The position will help maintain a working inventory of body camera equipment as well as answer basic questions and troubleshoot on the operation of various equipment and related systems. The position will also work with vendors on issues of support and inventory. The Management Systems Analyst will ensure that officers have the necessary equipment and that it is in good working order to achieve the program goals of increased public trust and enhanced transparency.

Required Qualifications:
Requires two years in systems operational procedures research or analysis and a bachelors degree in business or public administration finance computer science or related field (or a combination of education training and/or experience that provides an equivalent background to perform the work of the class).

Current City employees starting rate of pay will be based onPersonnel Rules regarding promotions. This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) regular position with full benefits. This is a Civil Service position eligible for overtime.
