About the Role

We are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Head Concierge to be the first point of contact for tenants and visitors in premium-grade Melbourne CBD office buildings. In this role you will provide an exceptional customer experience ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism efficiency and warmth.



Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador for the building delivering a premium level of customer service.
  • Greet tenants and visitors with a welcoming and engaging approach.
  • Assist with wayfinding event tickets transportation bookings restaurant reservations and ad-hoc requests.
  • Build strong relationships with tenants and visitors to enhance their experience.
  • Manage visitor access escort VIPs and provide support for building tours.
  • Coordinate deliveries including flowers and couriers.
  • Maintain high presentation standards of the concierge desk and lobby areas.
  • Log tenant service requests (TSRs) and follow up to ensure timely completion.
  • Support event coordination including setup and hosting of activations.
  • Engage with retailers to promote special tenant offers.
  • Assist with reporting and documentation related to building operations and tenant engagement.


Skills And Experiences

About You

  • Experience in a concierge customer service hospitality or corporate front-of-house role preferred.
  • A passion for customer service with a warm and professional demeanour.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle various requests efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal building management systems.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment and take initiative.
