ABOUT THE POSITION
The eCommerce team powers our US and Canada sites as well as our Customer Care Center. From merchandising and marketing to product management and technology the consumer is at the center of everything we do. And the eCommerce team is known for the relentless improvement of the customer experiencealways striving for a better faster easier experience.
As a Principal eComm CRM Marketing Specialist youll lead the strategy and execution of CRM campaigns that drive engagement retention and revenue. Youll own the campaign calendar and bring data-driven insights to life across email and SMS marketing efforts. This role supports CRM initiatives across eCommerce brand loyalty and retail stores ensuring a cohesive and high-performing customer experience. You will partner closely with our Automations Specialist Loyalty Analysts and Site Content & Merchandising teams to drive brand strategy.
This is an individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibilities. However you will serve as a mentor and subject matter expert providing guidance and support to other CRM specialists on the team.
