Job Description
Role: CRM Technical SME
Duration: July 2025 August 2026
Location: Tallahassee FL
planned as 75% on means 4 days on site. Hence Travel is 80%
Travel Requirement: 80% Travel is expected for non-local candidates
Key Skills: SAP ECC CRM and S/4HANA Service Management
Experience: Overall 8 10 years with at least 2 full cycle migrations from
SAP CRM to SAP S/4HANA as a lead.
Role description:
1. The CRM Lead / SME Functional Lead should have in-depth Techno/ functional knowledge of the SAP CRM move to S/4 and have hands-on cross-functional experience.
2. Move the current CRM Business capabilities including functionality functional and technical objects configuration code and data into S/4HANA for the following CRM modules:
Account Management
Contract Management
Request Management
Case Management
Task Management
Knowledge Management
3. Move the current CAMS ERP Middleware (RFCs and BDOCs) into S/4HANA.
4. CRM Data Migration
5. Strong documentation and communication skills
