As a Mobile Sales and Service Technician (MSST) youll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients machinery trucks heavy equipment and manufacturing systems by providing on-site solutions and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Mobile Sales and Service Technician your primary responsibilities will include:
- On-Site Service: Responding to emergency service calls and performing on-site hose replacements to minimize downtime for our clients. If they have hydraulics Theyre a customer of ours! Which means no two days in a row are alike!
- Custom Hose Assemblies: Utilizing your technical expertise to create custom hose assemblies tailored to our clients specific requirements.
- Preventative Maintenance: Conducting scheduled maintenance visits to identify and address potential hose issues before they cause operational disruptions.
- Customer Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients offering technical advice and ensuring customer satisfaction. Stopping by and saying hello to your accounts is a requirement!
- Inventory Management: Managing and restocking your service vehicle with necessary equipment hoses and fittings.
Qualifications:
To excel as a Mobile Sales and Service Technician at Pirtek you should possess the following qualifications:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a background in hydraulics or industrial hoses is preferred. Auto Heavy Truck Heavy equipment mechanic is preferred but not a must!
- Exceptional problem-solving skills flexibility and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills. Were on time and clean up after ourselves!
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced on-call environment.
- A valid drivers license and a clean driving record. Drug test is required so we can insure you!
- The ability to lift heavy equipment and hoses.

Salary: $52000.00 - $85000.00 per year
