Job Description
GENERAL DUTIES:
- Daily outreach to specified summer session students
- Assisting students in asynchronous courses
- Communicating with COA administration regarding completion of tasks and courses
- Home visits to students
- Assist in operations work for the 2025 COA summer session
QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate will be a high school educator who is familiar with the COA competencies course structure learning management system crediting schema and professional development work from the 2024-2025 SY. Ideal candidates will also be comfortable with teaching in an asynchronous setting.
COMPENSATION: Teachers will be paid an hourly stipend of $36.00 per hour. Daily schedule set between teacher and supervisor.
Dates/Time: Summer school work and planning includes but is not limited to the summer school schedule which is:
- June 30th-July 24th
- Monday-Thursday from 10:00AM to 2:00PM
