The Opportunity

We are seeking an experiencedIntegration Test Managerto lead our testing efforts in the Issuing domain. This role focuses on end-to-end testing across multiple components regression testing and functional automation to ensure the quality and reliability of our payment solutions.

As the Integration Test Manager you will be responsible for defining test strategies leading testing efforts and ensuring comprehensive quality validation across our integrated systems. You will work in an international environment with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.

Scope of Responsibility

Integration Testing (E2E testing)- Testing the interaction between all assets/applications within the issuing scope without client involvement ensuring all components work together seamlessly.

Regression Testing- Verifying that there are no issues in existing E2E functionality after new releases or deliveries from tribes/areas.

Functional Automation- Defining test sequences and test data for automation implementing tests with support from the automation team within the Issuing scope.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Very good knowledge of English (international team)
• Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Experience in business requirement analysis
• Experience in problem analysis
• Experience in testing coordination
• Strong technical background with ability to analyze logs traces databases files and specifications
• Understanding of payment systems particularly in the Issuing domain (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Define test strategies and evaluate workload needed based on information received during the offering process
• Lead and report progress on projects and internal improvements linked to the Crew
• Define tests required to validate E2E functions delivered
• Execute and analyze tests providing support to testers when needed
• Support the team in defining regression test strategies
• Document new functionalities from a testing perspective or review documentation built by testers
• Define milestones for integration testing scope
• Support the team in testing E2E functionalities
• Analyze logs traces databases files and specifications to understand issues
• Help find solutions for blocking issues to ensure project progress
