You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Assistant with general painting decorating and handyman experience to join our team providing a proactive customer focused service across our organisation.
Role Overview:
As a Maintenance Assistant you will play a key role in providing a comprehensive maintenance service to the main Hospice building and leased/owned buildings which form part of the estate to ensure such buildingsremains safe functional and welcoming for our patients staff and visitors. The Assistant will work as part of a team within the Facilities Department and to support and promote the provision of a reliable high quality flexible proactive customer orientated service that will support St Lukes in undertaking its core business. You will be responsible for carrying out repairs general maintenance tasks and supporting the upkeep of our buildings and grounds.
This is a part time post plus full participation in the facilities ad hoc call outs. The post holder will be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
