As an Analytics Engineer youll play a critical role in transforming messy raw data into clean structured analysis-ready datasets that power impactful decisions across the business. We are looking for a curious and technically strong Analytics Engineer who is passionate about turning raw messy data into clean curated datasets that enable better decisions and analytics. Youre hands-on with modern data tools and you thrive in fast-paced ambiguous environments where you can build optimise and scale data solutions. You see the bigger picture and are driven to improve data usability across the business not just for today but for the long term.
You will be:
Qualified Degree in Analytics Information Systems or Computer/Data Science with 2 years of experience in analytics enablement data transformation or BI development
Technically experienced proficient in SQL Python Airflow and Google Cloud Platform with practical experience using DBT for data transformation and curation
A systems thinker you understand the full data journey from ingestion to consumption and build for scalability structure and sustainability
Commercial you understand how structured curated data unlocks insights and drives business value
Collaborative you work cross-functionally enabling analysts data scientists and stakeholders with reliable ready-to-use data
Innovative & Agile you thrive on solving complex problems modernising legacy processes and adapting to new tools and approaches. A quick learner who adapts and finds creative solutions when faced with novel challenges
Desirables:
Experience with Git version control and CI/CD workflows for analytics code
Knowledge of data governance lineage and metadata management
Experience designing reusable scalable data products
Exposure to MLOps practices such as feature engineering and model monitoring
